Google Earth

SCOW monthly wind speed fields can be viewed using Google Earth.

First download and install the Google Earth application, available free from http://earth.google.com. Then, download (right-click, Save As...) this KML file to, for example, your desktop. Once downloaded, double-click the KML file (scow_wind_speed.kml). Google Earth, wrapped in the SCOW Janaury wind speed field, should now open. See screenshot example below.
